Be it ordained by the Board of Aldenr-nen of the City of
'Vichita falls, Texas .
SEC TIOTI 1. \
That the following sum: of money, or so much thereof as may
��- be neeessary, be and the same are hereby ap-propriated out of the various
hands 1i�hich are hereinafter named in the City Treasury, not otherwise app-
ropriated for the support of the City Government from April 1st , 192-0 to
Mlarch 31st, 1921.
That the sum of y25,000.00 be and the same is hereby app-
ropriated out of any funds derived by taxation under, section 74, sub-
division "I"T of the Charter of the City of Wichita Falls for the purpose of
paying off the interest for the year 1920 on certain Sanitary Swwer warrants
in the sum of 250.000.00. Said time warrants being exe,�lf.ed to C. R.
Nichols in ;part payment for the construction of a Sanitary Sevier in the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas , maturing in equal amounts from two to ten years
after their date , bearing seven ( 7 ) per cent interest, payable semi-annually-
However it is understood that the City of Wichita Falls reserves the option
of payment at any time after sixty (60) days from their date.
The stun of 6,193.985.00 is hereby appropriated out of the
General Fund for the s)a,'ment of the expenses of the City Government as
hereinafter itemized under said General Fund; the sum of�"78,500.00 is -
hereby appropriated out of the Street Fund for the payment of the expenses
of the City ,Government as hereinafteb itemized under said Street Fund;the
`-- sum of �54.500.00 is hereby appropriated out of the Sevier Fund for the pay-
ment of the expenses of the City Government as hereinafter itemized under
said Swwer fund; the siun of, yr9,000.00 is hereby appropriated out of the
Library Fund for the payment of the expenses of the City Government as
hereinafter itemized tinder said Library Fund; the sum of t38,300.00 is here-
by appropriated out of the Park Fund for the payment of the expenses of the
City Government , as hereinafter itemized under said Park Fund ; the sum of
86 832.00 is hereby appropriated for the purpose of creating a sinking
f:nd for the payment of the outstanding Bond issues and the payment of int-
erest on said Bond issue-sof the City of Uichita Falls , Texas, as herein-
affter itemized.
