or hogs, or pigs, in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, within the distance
of TwTo Hundred Feet of any building, structure or house occu�i ed as a -resi--

Q'ection.2. That it shall be unla Trful for any Peron, firm, corporation of
association of persona, to keep, or cause, or allorr to be kept, any hog, or
dogs, or pigs, in the fire limits of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas*

association of persons, to keep, or cause or allo,,r to be kept, in the
city of Wichita Falls, Texas, any pen, place or premises, o,Jned or control,
ed by him, or them, in or upon which hog or hogs, or pigs, are 'Kept in sud—
:tanner as to be offensive to any other person whatever.
Section.4. Any person, firm, corporation or association of persons, violating
the provisions of this ordinance upon conviction shall be fined in any
sum not to exceed Onp Hundred Dollars.
Section.3. 'Phis ,is hereby declared to be an emergency measure on the ground
