of Seventeen Thousand F$ve Hundred ($17,500.00) Dollars of
forty (40) year Five ( 5%) Per ":ent Pavia.;: Bonds.
A tax of.01875 cents on each One Hundred ( 100.00)
Dollars of the assessed va,lie of all property within the limits

is hereby levied and assessed for the purpose of paying off
the interest and creating a sinking fund for the redemption of
seventy Five 'Thousand (475,000.00) Dollars of forty (40) year
Five ( 5%) Per Cent Street Bonds.
SECTION VI.
There shall be levied, assessed and collected, for
the .year A. D. 1920, an ad valorem tax of Eight ( 8) mills on
each One Hundred ( $100.00) Dollars of the assessed value of
all property within the limits of said City, subject to tax-
ation under the Charter of said City, said tax shall be levied
and collected for the purpose of payinY. off the interest due
on Two hundred Fifty Thousand ($250,000.00) Dollars of Sani-
tary Sewer Time Warrants of said City end payable to C.R.Nie-
hols.
SECTION VI I.
There shall be levied, assessed and collected, for
the year A. D. 1920, for the purpose of paying off the interest
and creating a sinking fund for the redemption of the herein-
after described bonds, which were heretofore legally issued
for the purpose hereinafter named, an ad valorem tax of Twenty
( 20¢) cents on each One Hundred (4100.00) Dollars of the ass-
essed Value of all property withia the li:: its of said City,
subject to taxation wider the Cnart;r of s4id City, said Bonds
are described as follows:

SECTION VIII.
There shall be levied, assessed and collected for
the year A.D. 1920, for the purpose of paying off the interest
and creating a sinking fund for the redemption of the herein-
after described bonds, which were heretofore legally issued
for the purpose hereinafter named, an ad valorem tax of .00873
mills on each One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars of the assessed
value of all property within the limits of said City, sub ject
to taxation under the Charter of said City, said Bonds are
described as follows:

SECTION
.11CTION IX.
Thera shall be levied, assessed and collected from
every cerson, fir, corporation, company or association of
persons following or pursuing any occupation taxable under the
laws of the State of Texas and the Gharter and Ordinanc s of
the City of Wichita, Falls, one-half of the amount of tax that
is charged said person, firm, corporation, coikpany or asso-
ciation of persons under the law of the State of ,3xas for
following or pursuing said occupation; and that any erson,firm,
corporation, company or association of persons who shall follow
or pursue any occupation, calling or, profession or do any act
taxable under the provisiocl of said atata laws or who shall
represent, as agent, any person, firm, corporation, company
or association of persons following any occupation so tared
without first having pairs the tax required by law, shall upon
conviction in the Corporation Court or in any Court having �
jurisdiction thereof, be fined in any sum not less than the
tax due nor more thfn double said amount; and that any one
prosecuted for th ; violation of oa.id law shall have the right
to have his case dismissed u_Dou the payment of the tax and
the ac,,rued cost,
