An Ordinance amending :section Three (3) of Ordinance
111o. 257, entitled, ".In ordinance giving and granting unto the 'Wich-
ita Palls y'raction Com,an�•, its successors, assigns and lessees, the
right to operate , construct and maintain a street car lizie over and
along certain streets of the City of ,Iichita .calls, texas, and rep-
ealing so much of Ordi-aa. ces 174os, 108 and 187 of the City of -Wich-
ita Falls, Texas, as requires the "Ac-hita Falls Traction Company,
its successors, assigns and lessees to pave aaly part of the streets
of Wichita Falls occupied by said streev- railway belonging to the
Uichita malls Traction Cornpany and so niu.ch of said ordinances as re-
quires the payment of a gross receipts tax of tv-o per cent to said
cite ;hen its pop-lation reaches twenty five thousand, and =providing
taµt a gross receipts tax of t :o per cent shall be paid by said
i iichita 'alls traction Corr-zany, its sacces ac s, assigns and le .;,ees
Bu ie l its net earnings, exclusive of all taxes paid, s -,all arao i1nt t o
eight per cent on the amount of its ac'�ual investment".

which the street outside is Raved or surfaced all of that oart of
each street occupied by them or t-_eir assigns which lies between the
rails of said track and for eig4=teen inches on each side thereof, and

pr000r grace Of each street ai:d c s—i-e the level of s<..id track. as often
and whenever the grade of such street is changed, so t hat every part
of each track shall aiways be key,t at the established grade line or
as near thereto as the sa.:Lace of the grade of the street outside of
side track will permit , and t=,ey shall also restore all streets and
