Gaid bond shall be gayable to the City of Wichita Falls , and shall bejpproved- ass t, form by the City Attorney, and in all other reopects by the hAyor. And it shall be ualawful for any person, firm or corporation who has not, secured such permit, to engage in such business or to remove from any vessel , box, barrel , can or other recepta- cle provided for the deposit of garbage , or otherwante material , any 'gar- bage, ashes , rubbish, waste paper, rays , refuse matter , manure or waste material of any kind; or to in any manner interfere with any Euch recep- taple; provided, howevor , that the provisions of this section shall not apply to the owner of such receptacle or to the owner or occupant of the premises on which the same is located. Article 7 . It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person, firm or corpor- ation to c4arge a greatcr fee than five cents a gallon for rem&vin3 or hauling off garbage, and thirty cents per barrel for reMe matter, or miscellaneous waste , however , said per8.n, firm or corporation shall not be required to charge a fee of less than twenty five cents for any one visit to any ono place. Article B. Any person, fir� or corporatVn violvting any of the terms of thi2 or din nnce , shall upon conviction be fined in any sam not ex- ceeding Two Hundred Dollars. ,Article 9. If any of the provisions , or any portion thereof, of this ordi- nance shall be hold to be void, this shall not affect the remaining pro- visions of this Ordinance. � 4 Arti.c: e 10.
