SECTION 1, That Section 9 of Ordinance No. 391 be ammended, by the add-
Iticn of the following provisions;
That at the time of filing each complaint with the Inspector
of height and Measures and requesting the Inspector to test a motor or
meters the oomplainant shall deposit with the Inspector the sum of 2.00
for each such meter complained of, If then; upon testing, the Inspector
finds such meter or meters to be within two percent of aoeurato, said.
2.00 shall be retained and.no refund made to the complainant, but if
upon testing, the Inspector finds said meter or meters to be inaccurate
to a► degree that either or each is operating more than two percent fast
then the two dollar- deposit per meter shall be refunded to the complain--
