Sei,jer Ordinance No. 100 -entitled "An Ordinance Fixing and
ReIgulating the use of Seivers A— by Private Individ-

Be it ordained by the Boa -d of Aldermen of the
City of q Falls, Texas .,
Section One : It being absolutely necessary for
the proper -maintenorce and extension of the sever system
of the City, that s reasorabl, charge be in,.ide to 11 users
of the sewer system of the City. T-1-16 followIng annual
charges are hereby fixed to be -paid by 911 users of said
