Sect.!.cn 5: All dance halls shall be kept at all
times in a clean and halthful and saritUry condition, and
all stairways e-nd outer passages and all rooms connecting
with the dance hall shall be kept open and well ligOted .

in order to obtain admission to a public dance hall or to be

any pe son to represent hit self or herself to be parent or
natural rruardian of any person, in order that such -person

Section 8 : Any person, persons, societzT, club or

ordinance shall be deemed muilty of e misdemeanor anCI shall,

Section 9 : The provisions of this Ordinance shall
