See . 1 . The Board of Aldermen shall hold its regular
meetings on every-111onday evening of each month at
010lock P. M. in the Council Chamber Room No. in
the basement of the Morgan Building situated at the cor-
ner of Fighth Street and Ohio Avenue In the City Of
wiehits Falls, Texas .

al meetings of the Board of Aldermen may
and shall
be called at any time by the Mayor / .. be calibed b,; the
City Clerk upon the written reQuest of three aldermen
or tiie City Manager. The only notice that shall be nec-
essary to be liven of any special meeting of the Board
of Aldermen shall be by telephone to each of the members
of t13.e Board of Aldermen by the City Clerk. All special
meetings shall be held in the Council Chamber In the
basement of the morgan Building.
See . 3. The fact that the days are beooming longer and
it is impracticable and Inconvenient for the Board of
Aldermen to hold their regular meetings during the day
time , crettes a public necessity for a change in the time
of thie regular meetings of said Board of Aldermen wbihh
necessitates the passage of this ordinance immediately
