under said franchise and Ordinance, constricted the street car line

1. It is expressly provided that said car line or lines
shall be laid in conformity with the franchise hereinbefore refer-
red to, and all amendments thereto, _--ranted to the said j.�i.T''emp
and _prank "Zell, on the 27th day of January, 1909, and the same shall
be laid in strict conformity thereto, and all. amendments thereto.
.111 of said work shall be done under the supervision of the City
1*7% 'r ineer of the said City. This franchise -shall terminate with the
original franchise lierein referred to, of which this is made a part.
11. It is further expressly provided that the said Traction

repair any and all streets as they are atthe present time, that
may be excavated, all at the sold cost and expense of the said
T.pction Company. _Ind any and all pavements that may be cut or
excavated shall be re-Olaced and restored to cas good a condition
and state of repair as they !,,,ere just prior to the said excav Lo,'a
and all of said work shall be done under the supervision of th
City Enf-ineer.
