Be It ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of
Wichita Falls
Section One;
That the alley running through block 27-A
Highland Heights Addition to the City of Wichita Falb,
be aind d the same is here bylclosed and abandoned as a
public alley of the Gity.of WWhita Falls. It is ex-
pres sly agreed and understood that in the event that the
sewer line running through this alley should need re-
pairing or cleaning out that the City of Wichita Falls
reserves the right to go on this property and repair
said sewer line and clean it out,
