Section 1. That the hereinafter described street and alley
sh. il be and they are hereby closed, vacated and abandoned.
Section 2, The City hereby expressly reserves the right to
maintain an,... repair any and all water pipes, sewer lines and other
conveniences belonging to the City of Viiahita Falls that may be lo-
cated in any of the hereinafter describeu streets or alleys.
Section 3. The street and alley vacated herein are de-
scribed as follows, to-wit : (+ll of the alley intersecting block
eight (8) of the Jalonick Addition to the city of richita Falls,
Texas.
