ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 464. .
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has heretofore by nndinance pass-
ed and approved on the lst day of October,1923, said ordinance-
being designated as "Ordinance No.464", levied assessments for
'th6' improvement of a portion of Garfield Street in said City; '
and
WHEREAS, . it has been brought to the
attention of this Board of Aldermen that certain errors have
been made in the initials of some of the owners of property
abutting on said portion of said street, and it is the desire
. of this Board of Aldermen that such errors be corrected, L
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:

Said Ordinance No.464 be and the same
is hereby amended and that the name i.M.Wilhite be and the
same- is hereby ordered changed to read R.M.Wilhite.
II.
This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and aftvp its passage.
Passed on the first reading on the
