ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE U&NO. 4 t°
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has heretofore by ordinance pass-
ed: and approved on the 1st day of October,1923, said ordinance
being designated as "Ordinance No. 463" levied assessments for
the improvement of a portion of Tenth Street in said City;` and,-
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the
attention of this Board of Aldermen that certain errors have
been made in the initials of some of the owners of property
abutting on said portion of said street, and it is the desire
of this Board of Aldermen that such errors be corrected,
NOWs THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: . 4.
