WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has heretofore by ordinance
passed and approved on the 1st day of October, 1923 said
ordinance being designated as `Ordinance No.458 ` levied
assessments for the improvement of a portion of Hays Street
in said City; and
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention
of this Board of ..ldermen that certain errors have been made
" in the names of some of the owners of property abutting on
said portion of said street, and it is the desire of the
Board of __ldermen that such errors be corrected,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS,TEXAS,TH..T:
I.
said. Ordinance No.458 be and the same is
hereby amended and that the name of W.W.Frdzier be and the
same is hereby ordered changed to read 147.W.Fraser.
II.
This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
Passed on its first reading on, the

on its third and final reading on the day of
