ORDINANCE A77EIIDI TG ORDIIIAI CE 482
WITEREAS , the Board or Aldermen of the
City of Wichita Falls , Texas , has heretofore by ordinance passed and
approved on the 14th day of January, 1924, said ordinance being des-
ignated as Ordinance #482 , levied assessments for the imy)rovement
of a portion of Tilden Street in said City: and
6hereas , it has been brought to the
attention of this Board of Aldermen that a certain error has been
made in the name of one of the owners of property abutting on said
-0ortion of said street , and it is the desire of this Board of Alder-
men that such error* be corrected.

Said Ordinance #482 be and the same
is hereby amended. and the following name be and the same is hereby
orddred changed to read:

This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage .

The fast that their is so much business
to come before the City Council for the ensuing three weeks constitutes
and creates a sufficient and eauitable reason for the suspension of
the rules providing that ordinances be read at more than one meeting
and for more than one time: Accordingly the above stater rule is here-
by suspended, and it is hereby declared that this ordinance is rassed ,
and shall take effect at once as an emergency measure , and shall be in
force and effect immediately from and after its rassage .
