ORDSTJANCE AT,ZENDING ORDINANCE505

the City of Wichita Fal _ heretofore by ordinance rc-
and. an-proved on the 28th day of April , 1924 , said ordinance being
designated as Ordinance #505, levied assessments for the improve-
ment of a portion of the Seymour Road , in said City; and
Whereas , it has been brought to
the attention of. this Board. of Alderman that certain error has
been made in the name of one of the owners of rroperty abutting on.
said portion of said street , and it is the desire of this Board of
Alderman 'that such error be corrected..
NO II THERE F ORE , BE I ORDAINED BY'
THE BOARD OF ALDER1,1AN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:

Said Ordinance §505 be and the same
is hereby amended and that the following: name o4f the owner of rroner-
ty be and the same is hereby ordered changed to read
0 WNER LOT
From Frank Kell , Trustee to Block. I of Anderson Subdivision.
Frank Yell out of G. C. & S. F. Survey.

THE fact that the im-orovements here-
in mentioned are being delayed pending the effect of this ordinance ,
and the Council has a. great number of ordinances pending action, con-
stitutes and creates an urgent necessity reo iring that the r7iles pro-
viding that ordinances be read at more than one meeting and. for more
than one time be suspended , and requiring that this ordinance be passed
and take effect as ail emergency measure , and such rules are accordingly
suspended , and this ordinance is passed as an emergency measure , and
shall be in force and effect immediately from and after its passage.
