I also hand you an application from the Railroad Company joining Ball Brothers in their request for the vacation of these streets and alleys. l'ir. Tom Smock will come before your Council in person and my secretary, 1yr. Roy E. Carter , will likewise be there. I trust with this information before you that the City Council will find it consistent to grant the application of Ball Brothers.
