ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PLACING OF
"STICK-ON SIGNS" ON AUTOMOBILES,
WAGONS,AND OTHER VEHICLES IN THE CITY
OF WICHI TA FALLS ,TEXAS PROVIDING A
PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERLIEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That it shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation to place a "Stick-On Sign" on any
autompbile, wagon or other vehicles in the City of
WiclZita Falls,Texas.
By "Stick-On Sign" is meant any sign: that may be
fastened by paste,mueilage or any other adhesive.
Any person, firm or corporation violating Section One
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a penalty
of a fine not less than five nor more than twenty-five
dollars.
