THE ORIGINAL TOVP- SITE TO THE CITY OF
WI CH I TA F AT,LS ,TEXAS AND THE ALLEY AD-
JACENT TO LOTS 11,12,13 and 14, BLOCK
32, JALONIC ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERlTS OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS ,TIOCAS:
That the alley running through Block 93
of the original townsite to the City of Wichita
Falls ,Texas and the alley adjacent to Lots 11,
12, 13 and 14 , Block 32 , Jal ontc Addition to the
City of Wichita Fal ls,Wichi to County, according
to the recorded plat of record in deed orplat
records of Wichita County,Texas, be and the same
are from and after this date forever closed,
vacated and abandoned.
The City reserves the right to enter the
above named alleys to construct and maintain or
cause to be constructed and maintained any sewer
line, electric light wires, telephone wires,gas
lines and water lines.
