notice was duly given of said heari.:g a, ld ;;I-le titre and place
thereof, and said hearing was duly held at said time and place ;
and, whereas, at said hearing there were no. protests against
,the contemplated action of the City in ordering the omission
of tl,Le improvements on Britain Street between the center line
of Avenue I and the north property lire of Avenue J; and,

closer'.., and there being no protests or objections of any
