An Ordinance prohibiting; any person peddling any kind of mer-
chandise or patent medicine on the public streets within the
corporate limits of the city of Wichita Falls, Texas, to stand
his vehicle any any one place on the public streets for a longer
period of time than ten minutes, providing a license tag, and

merchandise on the public streets in the city of Wichita Falls, Tex,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
Sec. 1. That it shall hereafter be unlawful for any person
peddling any kind of merchandise or patent medicine on the
public streets within the corporate limits of the city of
Wichita Falls, Texas, to stanel his vehicle any any one place
on the public streets for a longer period than ten minutes.
Sec. 2. That it shall hereafter be unlawful for any person to
peddle any kind of merchandise or patent medicine on the public
streets of the city of Wichita Falls, Texas, unless he has
paid an annual license fee of Dollars. This
license fee shall be due and pays- a on the first day of Jan-
uary A. D. 1926 and payable on the first day of January each
year thereafter.
Sec. 3. Any person violating any of the above sections shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be
fined in any sum not less than ten dollars nor more than Two
Hundred Dollars,
Sec. 4. Ordinance No. 61 "An ordinance Prohibiting peddling of mer-
chandise 'on the .public. streets in the.: city of 'Wichita Falls., Texas"
is hereby repealede
