Ordinance No. L AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE TRANSPORATION OF NITROGLYCERIN GYLNOIN OIL, NITRALIUM, OR BLASTING OIL, OR NITRATED OILT OR POWDER MIXED WITH ANYOF SUCH DIZ=OR,: FIBER SATURATED WITH ANY SUCH ARTICLE OR SUBSTANCE, PROVIDING A PENALTY, DECLARING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, Section 1.
