to improve and .remedy the d.rai.nage of said streets , and,

city engineer, has requested t'r:e Board of Aldermen to make

best interest of the public, as well as the abutting property
owners will be better subserved by making* said changes, vvhich
changes are fully shown on a map or plat of said property and
streets dated August 3, 1925, known and, desi{Inated as the re-
vised subdi visi_ on of Blocks 3-4-9-10 of Indian He17hts Addi-

tion to the City of Wichita Falls , Texas, a copy of which is
hereto attached and marked Exhibit "B" for better identifica-
tion and made a part hereof.

men of the City of 'tichita Falls, Texas :
1 . That the changes made in said Onaway Trail and Indian
Heights Boulevard, which are shown by said map of the revised
subdivision o71 said Blocks 3-4-9-10 of the Indian Heights Addi-
tion, be and the same are hereby authorized, accepted and approved
and that said map i s hereby accepted and approved by the Board
of Aldermen and said streets as heretofore lair out on said
former plat of said Indian heights Addition, which is hereto
attached and marked Exhil-it "A" are chanrred, vacated and shall
hereafter conform to the streets as set forth in said revised
m^p of said addition and marled Exhibit "B"
The fact of the defective drainse of the streets
as originally laid out as described in this ordinance creates
this an emergency measure and the rule r. equirirg ordinances
to be read on three separate meeting days is hereby suspended
by unanimous vote of all the members of the Board of Aldermen
and this ordinance is -ol aced on its third and final readirF-r
and It shall become effective immediately upon its passane
and is so enacted.
