Resolution Awarding The Bid For The City's Estimated Annual
Supply Of Unleaded Gasoline And Diesel Fuel To BMH Oil Company
In An Estimated Amount Of $2,367,760
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for its
estimated annual requirement of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel;
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on December 17, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase fuel for the City's fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of the City's estimated annual requirement of fuel
products is awarded to BMH Oil Company in the estimated amount of $2,367,760.00, as
described in the attached Bid Tabulation, and City staff are authorized to execute all
documents necessary to complete the aforementioned purchase.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2" day of February, 2010.
