ABLE COUPON BONDS OF TI-7 CITY OF WICHITA� FALLS, TEXAS, IN THE i AMOUNT OF TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ( 25,000) AUTHORIZED AT AN
e ELECTION DULY CALLED AND HELD FOR SUCH PURPOSE; PRESCRIBING FORM
I` OF BONDS, LEVYING A TAX ON EACH ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS VALUATION OF
TAXABLE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY FOR THE PAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL AND
INTEREST THEREON; FIXING OTHER DETAILS OF THE ISSUE; AND DECLAR-
ING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, on the loth day of November, 1925, pursuant to
notice duly given, an election was held in said City of Wichita
�! Falls, Wichita County, State of Texas for the purpose of submit-
ting to the qualified property taxpaying voters of said city the
