ITotice is hereby given of the intention of the Board
of Aldermen to close by Ordinance that portion of the alley
running through block 8, Bateson second ),ddition to the Cit;?
of vtichita Falls. `Vexas, more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a point 20 feet Bast of the Southwest
corner of lot 10; thence due ?east to the southeast corner of
lot 13-9 thence South to the northeast corner of lot 14; thence
due qest to a point 20 feet �ast of the Northwest corner of lot
17; thence Jorth to place of beginning.
Before passage of the Ordinance finally clOsinf, this
alley a public hearing will be held in the busement of the
Uity illutionvl Bank Building at 7:30 P.m. January 18, 1925, at
which time and place any I-)rotests will be given due consideration.
