An Ordinance by the Board of Aldermen of the
City o ' Chita, Falls# Texas# amending Section 4: of Ordinance
No.662, heretofore adopted by said Board on the 23d day of
November, 1925, so as to provide for the proper levy of an
ad valorem tax for the paynent of the principal and interest
of city of Wiehita Falls Public Building Bondes dated the
15th day of Deoeniberp 1925# providing that no other provision
of said Ordinance arall be affected by thi s Ordinance and
declaring.. an omergency;

izing the issuance of 75,000.00 City of Y7ichitt,, Valle Public
Building Bonds dated December 15*1925# pursuant to authority
conferred by a majority of the qualified tax payinU voters
voting at an election held in said city for th,-It purpose on
the loth day of November*1925; and
TIMRBASt this Board upon advice and consideratinn
has ascertained and determined that 2ection 4 of the aforesaid
Qrdinance vheroin 'I)rovision is made for the levy of, a tax to
pay principal and interost of said bonds, is not in full com-
pliance viith the requirements of the laws and that it is nec-
ass ary to amend said section so as to make due and sufiioient
