ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH LANDATA GEO SERVICES TO
COMPLETE WORK NOT DEFINED UNDER THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT
SCOPE OF SERVICES; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO
THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, Landata Geo Services was retained to provide work described
under a contract with the City; and
WHEREAS, Landata has been asked to provide additional services under that
contract not included in the Scope of Services defined therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that such work be performed to complete
the contract to the desires of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to execute a contract amendment
with Landata Geo Services for an amount not exceeding $28,000.
SECTION 2 It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
