AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 62 -95 RELATING TO THE
RENTAL FEE OF THE LUCY PARK LOG CABIN; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Lucy Park Log Cabin continues to be a popular rental facility for
the residents of Wichita Falls; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 120 -86 established a rental agreement form with
rules and fees for use of the Log Cabin in Lucy Park; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 62 -95 amended the rental agreement by increasing
the rental fee by ten dollars ($10) from thirty ($30) to forty dollars ($40); and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to maintain all the fees and rules in one policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 62 -95 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
