ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION IN THE GENERAL FUND
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF $10,331 AS THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS' FEE ASSESSMENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE
TXU STANDING STEERING COMMITTEE THROUGH MARCH 31, 2001;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. $10,331 is hereby appropriated in Account 100 - 1360 -72170 in the
General Fund for purposes of the City Of Wichita Falls' fee assessment for participation
in the TXU Standing Steering Committee through March 31, 2001.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
