BE IT ORDAId'ED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
Section I: That from and after the passage of this
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 760", passed and approvEd on the
10th day of May, 1926, entitled "An Ordinance providing for
the holding of an election in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of said
City, czho are property taxpayers therein, a proposition for
the issuance of Bonds of said City in the am(unt of One I.zillion,
Two Hundred Thousand Dollars, 01,200,000..00) for the purpose
of extending the water works system in said City, and levying
a tax on all taxable property in said City, to pay the principal
and interest of said bonds �" shall hereafter be repealed, and
shall be of no further force and effect.
