Section I: That from and alter the passage of
this Ordinance, Ordinance I o. 765, passed and approved the
10th dad of117.ay,1926, an Ordinance entitled "An ordinance
provid dng for the holding of an election in the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas , for the purpose of submitting to
the qualified voters of said city, Ga'_no are property taxpayers,
therein, a proposition fOr the issuance of bonds of said City,
in the amount of :100, 000.00, for the purpose of raising funds
to pay the cost of extendin6 and improving the sanitary Sewer-
age system in said city and 1 evy in a tax on all t axabl e
property in said city to pay the principal and interest of
said bonds," shall hereafter be re pealed, mid shall be of no
further force and effect.
