ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 18 -2000 REGARDING THE
NUMBERING OF A SECTION AS IT PERTAINS TO APPENDIX C OF
THE WICHITA FALLS CODE OF ORDINANCES, ZONING ORDINANCE,
REGARDING THE PLACEMENT OF MANUFACTURED HOUSING
WITHIN AREAS REGULATED BY THE AIRPORT ZONING
REGULATIONS; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING
AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Ordinance Number 18 -2000, accepted a
recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission and adopted an amendment
to the Zoning Ordinance regarding the placement of manufactured housing within areas
regulated by the Airport Zoning Regulations; and
WHEREAS, there has since been discovered an error in Ordinance 18 -2000
regarding the section number being amended; and
WHEREAS, it is determined that such error was unintentional, but where
correction of the error is necessary for the successful codification of Ordinance 18-
2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 18 -2000, Section 1, is hereby amended to change the
reference from Section 6740 to Section 6470.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
