ORDINANCE WAIVING SECTION 9, SUBSECTION B1(i), OF APPENDIX
A, WICHITA FALLS CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ALLOW THE
PLATTING OF SIX LOTS IN THE PROPOSED NOB HILL SUBDIVISION,
PHASE TWO, FRONTING ON MISSILE ROAD, AN ARTERIAL STREET;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested a waiver of Section 9, Subsection
B 1 (i), of Appendix A, Wichita Falls Code of Ordinances to allow the platting of six lots
in the proposed Nob Hill Subdivision, Phase Two, fronting on Missile Road an arterial
street.
WHEREAS, this proposal has been presented to the Planning and Zoning
Commission for their consideration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls deems it desirable to
grant the herein described waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 9, Subsection B1(i), of Appendix A, Wichita Falls Code of
Ordinances, is hereby waived to allow the platting of Nob Hill Subdivision, Phase Two,
with a private forty -foot access easement as shown on the plat submitted to the City for
consideration by the Planning and Zoning Commission on April 12, 2000 and included
herein as Attachment A, with one curb cut on Missile Road.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
