Notice is hereby given of the intention of the Board of Aldermen to
close by ordinance that portion of Ohio Street in the City of Wichita
Falls. described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of Barwise
Street produced into Ohio Street, said point being
4 feet West from the center line of the Mansion track
measured at right angles thereto; thence '.`Iest along
the said 6oath line of Barwise Street, produced, ap-
proximately 88 feet to an intersection with Uest line
of Ohio Street, said West line being also the Zast
line of Block 27.; thence Southerly along the said
East line of Blick 211; approximately 145 feet to a
point 4 feet 4est of the center line of said Mansion
track measured at right angles thereto; thence Porth
parallel with and 4 feet West from the center line
of said Mansion track approximately 120 feet to the
point of beginning. 14his tract of land includes 5280
sq.ft., more or lose.

property owners of lots 3,4 and 5 Block 211 of the original town -
site.
Before the ordinance closing this portion of this street is
passed finally, a public hearing will be held at 7:30 PM, 'ugast
