ORDINANCE RENAMING BARTLEY DRIVE TO STONE LAKE DRIVE;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, a request has been received to change the name of Bartley Drive to
Stone Lake Drive;
WHEREAS, this request was heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission on
April 12, 2000, resulting in a recommendation for approval of this change; and,
WHEREAS, such name change will not conflict with any other street name.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Bartley Drive is hereby renamed Stone Lake Drive.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
