Resolution awarding the bid for the 2015 Wichita River Flood Control
Clearing Project to Cothran Trucking, LLC dba Cothran Construction
in the amount of$122,959.50
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2015
Wichita River Flood Control Clearing Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Cothran
Construction, which made a unit price bid in an estimated total amount of$122,959.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2015 Wichita River Flood Control Clearing Project is
awarded to Cothran Trucking, LLC dba Cothran Construction in an estimated total
amount of $122,959.50, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for
the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
