Res 103-2015 10/20/2015Resolution No. 103-2015 Resolution approving Change Order No. 4 and Final for the Temporary Direct Potable Water Reuse (DPR) Conveyance Facilities Project in the amount of $45,257.00 WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a unit price contract with Bowles Construction Co. for the Temporary Water Reuse (DPR) Conveyance Facilities Project with the estimated total cost of $8,389,614.95; and, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 and Final will increase the contract $45,257.00, and along with prior approved Change Orders will increase the total revised project cost to $8,966,390.59; and, WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed all aspects of this change order and feel that it is in the City’s best interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: The Change Order No. 4 and Final for the Temporary Water Reuse (DPR) Conveyance Facilities Project is approved, in the amount of $45,257.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the change order.
