BE IT ORDAINED BY TRE BOARD OF ALDEMARN OF THE CITY OF Q9ICRITA
FALLS, TEVAS3
SECTION 1. That hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation to do any kind of worlk in the cemeteries
owned by the city of ?Vichita Fall s,Texas,witrout first having
procured from the Superintendent of Parks of said city a permit
to do such work.
SECTION 2. Such permits shall be zkxzXXd of two classes, (1)
permits to do maintenance work and, (2) permits for special
....."r 4n rxl h affneteries. Permits for Maintenance work may
be issued for twelve montha,and permits for special work shall
be issued to cover such srecial work only.
SECTION & ALL WORK performed under either class of permit
shall be done in accordance with the rules and regulations
of the Park Department of the city of Wichita Falls,Texas,
and the Superintendent of Parks is hereby authorized to cancel
any permit issued by him where the owner of such permit has
violated any of the rules and regulations of the Park Depart-
ment applicable to cemeteries.
SECTION 4. Any person,firm or corporation violating the pro-
visions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanor and upon conviction shall be fined ar_y sum not to
exceed Two Hundred Dollars,
