SECTIOI,t 1. That it shall hereafter be unla iful
for any person, boy, girl, man or woman, to skate or roll
upon roller skates or play any 6ame upon any street or
alley in the City of ';Wichita Falls, Texas.
S ECTION 4. Any person, boy, girl, ti�an or woman,
violatinL7 t'ri.e provisions of this ordinance shall upon con-
viction be fined in any sure not less than one, nor more
than one nundred dollars.
CTIOI? 6. The fact that many perw ns are now
skating and playing games upon the streets and alleys of
the City of ',AcliLita Falls, endangering their lives and
the lives of other persons, creates an emergency re:iuiring
the suspension of the rules in regard to reading ordinances
on three several days, and same are hereby suspended, and,
this ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage
and approval.
