ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $26,558 FROM GENERAL FUND
EQUITY TO ACCOUNT NO. 100 - 8710 - 72170, FOR SETTLEMENT
PAYMENT OF ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COURT COSTS; FINDING
AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated out of General Fund Equity into
Account No. 100 - 8710 -72170 the sum of $26,558, which sum represents a settlement
payment of attorneys' fees and court costs stemming from Cause No. 7 -99CV- 155 -R;
Emiley Sund, et al, v. City of Wichita Falls, et al.
SECTION 2. That it is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
