Resolution Awarding Bid For The Rhea Road Trail Connector Project
CWF09-444-06 To Garza Concrete Construction In An Estimated
Total Amount Of $144,999.60.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Rhea Road
Trail Connector Project CWF09-444-06; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Garza Concrete
Construction, with a unit price bid in an estimated total amount of $144,999.60.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Rhea Road Trail Connector Project CWF09-444-06 is
awarded to Garza Concrete Construction in an estimated total amount of $144,999.60,
and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of January, 2010.
