ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION IN THE SANITATION
FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $43,000 FOR THE COST OF A
REPLACEMENT TRAILER; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO
THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to purchase a refuse semi - trailer to
replace one that was damaged by fire; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Sanitation Fund Equity to
address this need.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated in the Sanitation Fund the amount of
$43,000 for the purchase of a Sanitation trailer.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
