1928, FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT FOR THE FIS-

WHEREAS, there remains on hand an una aro-
nriated balance of revenues for tie current fiscal year,
and whereas, the several itans hereinafter mentioned were
not provided for in the general appropriation ordinance;
now, therefore, '
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMENT
OF THE CITY OF WICriITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That tKe sum of Three Thousand
Alw1wo4e"41 Seventy-five & N0/100 ($3875. 00) Dollars , be
and the same is hereby a)propriated out of the unappropriated
balance of city revenues for the current fiscal ,yeas, to pay
the following items:
Wichita General Hospital---- $3000. 00

SECTION 2: The fact that no appropriation has
been made for the payment of the above items, and the further
fact that the same are now past due and payable, creates an
emergency repairing the suspension of the rule that ordinances
be read on three separate days, and such rule is hereby sus-
pended, and this ordinance is hereby declare; an emergency
measure and shall take effect fmmedia.tely after its passage
and approval.
