priated balance of revenues for the c- rrent fiscal

ordinance for tr'ie payment of the Equalization Board

Dollars, be, and. the sax.=e is hereby a: propriated out of the
unappropriated balance of the City Revenues for the current fiscal
year to pay the balance now due the Board of Equalization of
the Tax Department of the City of Xichi? a. Fails , Texas.
SECTIC;17 TWO: The fact that no appropriation has been
made for the yoaymeat of the above item, and the fact that the
same is now past due and payable , creates an emergency re-
quiring the suspension of the rule th0t ordinances be read
on three separate days, and. suc1 rule is hereby suspended
and this ordinance shall hereby be declared an emerren cy
reasure and shall to e effect i_ri_;ediately after its as4age
and apnrova.l.
