BE IT ORDAI7ED BY THE BOARD OF ALD'E AE`Y OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION lJ' That it shall hereafter be unlawful for
any person or persons at a pmic place of business to male
or cause to be made any loud_ noise tyether music, talking,
singing, or otherwise, by any means whatever, whether by the
use of radio, raQos, phonograph, musical instruments, or
otherwise, which is calculated_ to, or §oes , dist�rb others in
the vicinity of such public place of business.
SECTIOX 2: That any person violating any of the pro-
visio ns of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine not ex-
ceeding One Hundred Dollars, and eac! and every hour such ma-
chine or devise, or other means, is used shall constitute a
separate and distinct offense.
SECTION' .3: The -fact that there is no ordinance
now regulating and prohibiting disturbances of the nature
above defined in the City of Wichita Falls creates an emergency,

by declared an emergency ordinance, and shall take effect
from and after its passage and approval.
