QRDINANCE 110.
AN ORDINANCE 1.AKI 7�G ADDI TI O TAL APPRORRIATI ONS FOR
THE BALANCE OF ThE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING APRIL FIRST 1929,
AND ENDI11M LARCH THIRTY-FIRST, 1930, AND DECLARING AN EMER-
GENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITE' OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the sum of $710. 00 be, and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the unappropriated balance of the Park
Fund for the current fiscal year for the purpose of purchasing
one Grave Digger.
SECTIOW 2.
That the sum of $2000. 00 be, and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the general fund of the City of ?Ptichita
Falls unappropriated balance for the current fiscal year
for the maintenance and operation of the City Hospital known
as the General Hospital.
SECTION 3•
The fact that no appropriation has been made to
cover the above items and that same must be procured and
paid for wi-ttzout further delay, creates an emergency re-
quiring the suspension of tie rule that ordinances be read
on thmee separate days, and such rule is hereby sijspended,
and this ordinance is declared an emergency measure and
shall take effect immediately after its passage and approval.
