SECTION 1,
That the sum of $2350. 00 be, and the same is hereby appro-
priated out of the unappropriated balance of the general fund of the
City Revenues for the current fiscal year to pay for repairs on the

SECTION 2.
That the sum of $5000. 00 be, and the same is hereby appro-
priated out of the unappropriated balance of the general fund of the
City Revenues for the current fiscal year for the purpose of paying
for repairs and improvements in the parks, on the streets, and 12�m �
SA�sewers of the city.
SECTION 3,
Th- fact that the parks, streets and- sewershave
be-n recently damaged and. it is necessary that same be repaired and
improved witnout delay creates an emergency requiring suspension of
the rule that ordinances be read on three sepe.ra:te days, and such
rule is hereby suspended,and tnis ordinance is hereby declared an
emergency measure, and shall take effect imr_lediately after its pas-
sage and approval,
