SECTION 1: Tnat Ordinance No. 1U46, passed and
approved on the second day of February, A.D. 1931, entitled "An
emdinance by the Bo-rd of Aldermen of the City Of Ticnita. Fis,
Texas, autnorizing the issuance of bonds in the amount of One
Million ($11000.000. 00) Doliars, bearir:g 42�; interest , for the
purpose of raising funds to construct improvements and exten-
sions to the present wystem of waterworks to provide an adequate
and available water supply ano. plan-t for said City, and pro-
viding for the levy, assessment and coli�ction of a tax suffi-
cient, to pay the interest and create a, sinking i'und for the
redemption thereof, prescri bing the form of oond, and deciaring
an emergency" be, and the same is nereby repealed.

Wicnita County, Texas, nas declared tn;- election autrlorizirig the
issuance of said bonds to be invalid creates an emergency re-
qu�biring the suspension of tn(� rule tnat ordinances be read on

approval.
